All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping to additional countries — stay tuned for updates.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard delivery times within Australia are typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales events.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery at any time through the carrier's website.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Prunza is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather events or public holidays). If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Prunza is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at tiendaprunza@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
